On the invitation of the deputy speaker and member representing Ahoada-East constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Ehie Edison , the chairman of Emohua local government area, Dr. Chidi Lloyd on Friday witnessed a constituency empowerment programme sponsored by the deputy speaker for his constituents in Ahoada.
The empowerment programme held at State School Edeoha, Ahoada-East LGA Rivers State which featured presentation of car gifts, hair drying machines, power generators, sewing machines and table top refrigerators, as well as cash gifts was also attended by members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, local government council chairmen, the immediate past chairman of PDP in Rivers State, Bro Felix Obuah, political leaders and traditional rulers, with the deputy chairman of Rivers PDP, Hon Aaron Chukwuemeka Aaron as chairman of the occasion.
Hundreds of returnees from the APC and other political parties were also received back to the PDP at the ceremony.
