The chairman of Emohua local government area, Dr. Chidi Lloyd has been conferred with a chieftaincy title, “Eze Ihie 1 of Uvuahu” by the paramount ruler of Uvuahu, Eze Sunday Wobodo Jonah Ph.D. ( Nnewe-Eli Ibaa and Obele).
The conferment of the chieftaincy title which was performed at a coronation ceremony held in Ibaa on Sunday is in recognition of the developmental strides of Dr. Chidi Lloyd within few months in office as the chairman of Emohua local government area.
Eze Jonah Wobodo also conferred a chieftaincy title, “Ugo Nwere 1 of Uvuahu” on the leader of Emohua local government legislative council, Hon Mrs. Love Nyenke.
The well-attended coronation ceremony attracted the presence of the chief of staff Rivers State government house, Chief Engr Chukwuemeka Woke, the honourable commissioner, Rivers State ministry of housing, Elder Chinedu Tasie Nwobueze who chaired the occasion, chiefs and elders of Uvuahu, as well as friends and well-wishers of the local government chairman from far and near.
