Hon. Andrew Chikweri Uhendu is the councillor representing Ward 13 (Rumuji/Ovogo autonomous communities) Odegnu 1 in Emohua local Government Legislative Assembly, where he serves as the House Chairman on Education, Culture and Tourism.

Hon. Uhendu did his Primary School at State Primary School Ovogo Odegnu, he then did his Secondary School at Community Secondary School, Rundele.

A native of Ovogo Odegnu, in Mgbuogbakiri village, Rumuawhua larger family, in Ohna David Uchendu Compound.
