RT Hon. Engr Okporo Success Uchechukwu is the councillor representing Odegu II, Rumuodogo, Rumuewhor and Evekwu communities (Ward 14) in Emohua Local Government Legislative Assembly, where he also serves as the Deputy Leader of the House. A native of Rumuewhor Odegu.

He did his Primary School at Army Children School I, Bori Camp Port Harcourt. He then did his Secondary School at Stella Maris College Port Harcourt. He obtained his degree in Marine Engineering (B.Tech) from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology Nkpolu Oroworukwu.

Hon. Engr Uchechukwu is happily married to Mrs Okporo Edith Uchechukwu and the union is blessed with two children namely, Okporo Zenith Chimele (Son) and Okporo Blossom Chivuroma (Daughter).
