Emohua local government council chapel and marriage registry was conceived by the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd in line with his vision of repositioning the local government area.
The project is situated within the council secretariat premises.
While the chapel is expected to serve as a place of worship for officers and staff of the council, the marriage registry will be open to members of the general public who wishes to either legalize or register their matrimony.
The marriage registry is also expected to generate revenue for the local government council.
