Ahead of the official commissioning and handover of the Emohua Local Government Vigilante Services ( EMOVIS) secretariat built by the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd , the council chairman on Friday had a crucial meeting with members of the advisory committee and the administrative heads of the vigilante services.
The meeting which held at the vigilante services secretariat building billed for commissioning on the 13th July 2022 was in preparation for the formal take-off of the Local Government security outfit expected to be inaugurated by the Rivers State commissioner of police during the commissioning ceremony.
Dr. Lloyd also inspected the ongoing installation of electricity transformer and other electrical appliances at the vigilante secretariat building.
