The Emohua Local Government Revenue Committee has commenced the 2022 fourth quarter revenue drive with a branded bus to ease the operations of the committee.
The revenue committee headed by Pastor Steven Onuah will be enforcing compliance on all taxes payable to Emohua Local Government Council with utmost civility but with every legality, in line with Dr. Chidi Lloyd ‘s commitment to changing the narrative about the LGA with positive narrative.
According to the revenue committee chairman, the 2022 fourth quarter revenue drive became necessary following the low internally generated revenue (IGR) in the Local Government Area, occasioned by the high rate of tax evasion and the diversion of taxes payable to the Local Government Council to individuals and impostors misrepresented and mistaken to be agents of the council
