Emohua local government chairman, Dr. Chidi Lloyd on Thursday joined other leaders of Rivers State and dignitaries from all walks of life to witness the flag off ceremony for the construction of the proposed Ikwerre road, Rumuokwuta / Rumuola flyover bridge ( the 11th flyover) envisioned by the Nyesom Wike led Rivers State Government.
The flag off ceremony held at Rumuokwuta in Obio-Akpor LGA had the former governor of Cross River State, H.E Donald Duke as special guest who performed the groundbreaking on the invitation of the Rivers State Governor, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, amidst a very cheering mammoth crowd of residents of the area and lovers of the unending infrastructural revolution in Rivers State.
