Emohua Local Government Chairman, Dr Chidi Lloyd on Thursday joined other Friends, Associates and Supporters of Rivers State Governor, His Excellency Nyesom Ezenwo Wike to witness the Governor’s decoration as the Leadership Governor of the year 2020 at the Leadership Annual Conference and Awards 2020 held at the International Conference Centre Abuja.
The Governor who was represented at the award ceremony by his deputy, Dr Mrs Ipalibo Harry Banigo was decorated as the Governor of the year 2020 in recognition of his effective leadership and developmental strides in Rivers State.
The event which emptied prominent sons and daughters of Rivers State into Abuja is an annual conference of the Leadership Newspapers where people from all walks of life are recognised with awards for their contribution to the development of the society.
Dr Lloyd on behalf of the Government and the good people of Emohua Local Government Area congratulates the Project Governor of Nigeria and Pride of Rivers State for yet another historic and heroic recognition in leadership and governance amongst many other awards and honours bagged by the Governor for his commitment to the development of democracy in Nigeria.
