The executive chairman of Emohua local government council, Dr. Chidi Lloyd on Tuesday granted audience to the leadership of the Rivers State chapter of legal aid council in his office at the local government headquarters in Emohua.
The delegation from the legal aid council which was led by the state coordinator, Anita Chukwuka was at the council chairman’s office to familiarize with the local government administration and seek possible collaboration with the council, with a view to providing free, effective and efficient legal aid services to indigents in the local government area.
Similarly, Dr. Lloyd also recieved in courtesy the area commander of the National drug law enforcement agency (NDLEA) in charge of Emohua, Ahoada-East , Ahoada-West, Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni and Abua/Odual LGAs, Assistant Commander of Narcotics (ACN) Ejiko Segun who is presently touring the LGAs under his command to familiarize with council chairmen and initiate collaboration with the local government councils in the fight against drug abuse and other related offences.
