The week long harvest of infrastructural projects cultivated by the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd across Emohua LGA was taken to a whole new level on Thursday, with the invitation of Chief Chukwuemeka Woke as the special guest at the commissioning of the ultramodern Emohua council canteen conceived and completed by Emohua local government council under the watch of Dr. Chidi Lloyd within one year.
In what could be best described as a home coming for the Chief of Staff Rivers State Government House, the chairman of Emohua LGA, Dr. Chidi Lloyd who has within one year of his administration redefined governance at the third tier, led principal officers of the council and the good people of Emohua LGA to welcome Chief Emeka Woke and his entourage to the Emohua council secretariat, widely referred to as a construction site, for the commissioning of the state of the arts council canteen, amidst encomium on the council chairman by the special guest and other dignitaries at the well attended occasion.
The ceremony featured cultural dance, comedy and luncheon, as well as a tour of facilities in the canteen.
