The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Hon Justice Simeon Chibuzor Amadi has approved the establishment of a State High Court in Emohua Local Government Area.
The approval followed the request made by the Executive Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area, Dr Chidi Lloyd during his familiarization visit to the office of the Chief Judge of Rivers State on Friday.
The State Chief Judge gave the approval with a view to decongesting the State High Court in Isiokpo, Ikwerre Local Government Area, in order to promote quick dispensation of justice in the State.
