The chairman of Emohua local government area, Dr Chidi Lloyd as a special guest of honour on Tuesday performed the formal commissioning of the Head office of a renowned estate management company, Gerry Ikputu and Partners situated in D-Line, PortHarcourt.
Dr Lloyd congratulated the principal partner and chief executive officer, Esv Gerry Ikputu on his achievements in property management over the years, describing him as a reliable and dependable surveyor and valuer whose sincerity in service delivery cannot be overwhelmed.
The Emolga council Boss encouraged the management and staff of Gerry Ikputu and Partners to intensify efforts to improve on the achievements of the company, leveraging on the integrity of Mr Gerry Ikputu to occupy an enviable height in property management in Nigeria.
Mr Gerry Ikputu in his address expressed gratitude to the distinguished personalities at the ceremony for honouring his invitation, as well as their long-standing support and patronage of his estate management firm.
He particularly noted the contribution and support of Dr Chidi Lloyd to Gerry Ikputu and Partners, which he said is one of the reasons why the company is standing very strong in the estate management business.
Gerry Ikputu also eulogized his wife, Arc. Mrs Gerry Ikputu for being a great source of inspiration and support to the actualization of Gerry Ikputu and Partners, describing her as the architect of the commissioned company’s Head office.
