Chairman of Emohua local government area, Dr Chidi Lloyd has congratulated the newly sworn-in Rivers State commissioner from Emohua LGA, Barr. Emenike Eke on his successful screening and confirmation by the Rivers State House of Assembly, and subsequent induction into the Rivers State Executive Council by Gov Nyesom Wike.
Dr Lloyd joined other leaders of Emohua LGA at a reception held in honour of Barr. Emenike Eke immediately after his induction on Wednesday, thanked Gov Nyesom Wike for the gracious appointment and prayed to God to guide and protect the new commissioner in discharging his official functions.
The well-attended reception held at the official residence of the Chief of Staff Rivers State Government House in PortHarcourt also featured cultural dance.
