The chairman of the Emohua local government area, Dr Chidi Lloyd has approved the construction of an Ultra-Modern Healthcare Center in the Omudioga community, ward 10 Emohua LGA.
The council chairman during a visit to the proposed site for the project on Tuesday said the approval is in fulfilment of his promise to the people during a recent meeting with leaders of the community.
The council chairman who supervised the commencement of preliminary work on the site said the healthcare centre project is in continuation of the infrastructural revolution witnessed across the Emohua local government area under his administration.
He said the healthcare centre project was conceptualized to provide quality healthcare services to residents of the Omudioga community and its environs, following the dilapidation of the former Omudioga hospital.
