— Thank The People Of Emohua LGA For Fulfilling Their Promise To Gov Wike
The chairman of Emohua local government area, Dr Chidi Lloyd, congratulated Sir Siminalayi Fubara on his declaration as the Governor-Elect of Rivers State following his landslide victory in the March 18 governorship election in Rivers State.
The Emohua Council Boss in a statement through his chief press secretary, Bright Jossy-Elendu said the victory of Sir Sim Fubara didn’t come as a surprise because the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on whose platform the Governor-Elect contested the election had no strong opposition in Rivers State following the developmental strides and effective leadership of Governor Nyesom Wike in the State.
Dr Lloyd also congratulated Chief Justina Emeji on her electoral victory to represent the good people of Emohua constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, describing her victory as the will of the people of Emohua local government area.
According to the statement, “The people of Emohua local government also heartily congratulate our Senator-Elect and Reps-Elect, Chief Allwell Onyesoh and Hon Boniface Sunday Emerengwa on their electoral victory.”
The statement further congratulated the entire PDP family in Rivers State under the resultful leadership of Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike on the outcome of the Presidential and National Assembly elections held on February 25, as well as the Governorship and State Assembly elections held on the 18th March 2023 where the party re-established its control of the politics of Rivers State.
The council chairman thanked the people of Emohua local government area for keeping their promise to Governor Nyesom Wike by ensuring that all the Governor’s preferred candidates were delivered in the area in the two elections.
