The first ever place of worship, otherwise referred to as chapel building in Emohua local government council was on Monday dedicated to the glory of God.
The chapel christened ‘Chapel Of Trinity’ , conceived and completed by the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd within one year, which also has a marriage registry attached to it, was inaugurated and dedicated by the Rector of St. Joseph Major Seminary, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, Rt Rev. Msgr. Emmanuel Maru, as part of activities marking the one year anniversary of the council chairman.
The inauguration which was followed by a special dedication mass in the chapel and a brief reception thereafter, featured intercessory prayers, songs and communion, as well as bible reading and award presentation to the council chairman by religious organization.
Notable political leaders, political officer holders from Emohua LGA, religious leaders from different denominations, as well as heads of security agencies graced the well attended occasion.
