The 50th birthday anniversary celebration in honour of Emohua local government chairman, Dr Chidi Lloyd has commenced in ernest with a free medical outreach tagged “Dr Chidi Lloyd @50 medical outreach for the elderly”.
The day 1 of the free medical outreach which is holding at Akpabu community health center had beneficiaries drawn from parts of Emohua local government area including Ibaa, Elele-Alimini and Akpabu communities.
The medical outreach which is sponsored by the wife of the chairman of Emohua local government area, Mrs Adanma Divine Chidi Lloyd is also expected to feature beneficiaries from other parts of Emohua local government area in the coming days
 
The outreach featured the following:
× Free eye examination and eyeglasses
× Free blood glucose examination and treatment
× Free covid vaccination
× Free dental examination and treatment
× Free HIV test
× Free malaria test and treatment
× Free hepatitis B & C test
× Free urine test (urinalysis)
× General medical consultation (Free)
× Free take-home drugs
Beneficiaries also received bags of rice and other food items as their take-home from the medical outreach, in the spirit of Christmas celebration and a prosperous new year in view.
The leader of Emohua local government legislative council and representative of Ibaa (ward 6), Hon Mrs Love Nyenke and the representative of Elele-Alimini (ward 9), Hon Silvanus Ekweme Dike who led the benefiting elders from their respective wards to the outreach, took turns to appreciate Dr Chidi Lloyd and his family for initiating the healthcare program which they described as an investment in the life of the elderly, while praying for God’s protection and provision upon the first family in Emohua local government area.
Beneficiaries of the free medical outreach also took turns to appreciate the council chairman and his family, with prayers for God’s continuous grace and mercy upon the family.
Dr Chidi Lloyd will be 50 years on January 1, 2022 and a thanksgiving service and birthday gala in commemoration of his 50th birthday anniversary tagged ” Golden on the fifth floor” is slated to hold in his hometown, Akpabu community, Emohua LGA, Rivers State on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
