Hon Bright Green Obilor is the councillor representing Rumuekpe(Ward 8) in Emuoha local Government Legislative Assembly, where he also serves as the Chairman House Committee On  Environment / Natural Resources. Hon Obilor was born on 15^th September, 1981.

He attended State Primary School II, Rumukpehe and then did his Secondary School at Community Secondary School, Rumukpe. He obtained his B.Tech in Industrial Chemistry/Petrochemical technology from the University of Port Harcourt .

He is happily married with three Children, a Son and two Daughters.
