Chairman of Emohua LGA, Dr. Chidi Lloyd on Friday received the paramount ruler of Emohua kingdom and chairman of Rivers State Traditional Rulers Council, HRM Sir Ohna Sergent Awuse on a solidarity visit at the local government council secretariat.
Ohna Sergeant Awuse was at the council secretariat to observe the just concluded free medical outreach held at the local government primary healthcare centre and register his solidarity towards the organizers of the humanitarian service.
The 5-day free medical/surgical mission organized by the Ogbakor Ikwerre USA/Canada incorporated in partnership with Emohua local government is an annual humanitarian outreach of the USA / Canada branch of the apex socio-cultural organization of the Ikwerre ethnic nationality.
Dr. Lloyd conducted the traditional ruler around the facility, where they visited some of the patients on admission.
The outreach which commenced on Monday ended on Friday amid testimonies from beneficiaries within and outside Emohua local government area.
